The ticket from the Saturday, Sept. 30 drawing was sold at J & L $.99 Cents & Up on Ocean Avenue in Jersey City.
The winning numbers were 19, 30, 37, 44, and 46. The red Powerball drawn was 02 and the Power Play was 2x. The other two winning tickets were sold in Morris and Monmouth counties.
